Preparation of Product File: 

Establishment, management and maintenance of 

Product File, including: 

drawings (detailed and assembled), production technology, fixtures, machining tools, 

raw material, composition and documentation of work procedures, documentation  

of engineering papers (routing sheets, instructions for engineering  

changes E.C.O, from quality specifications, processing specifications and list of suppliers  

 
 

Consultant for Mechanical Design and Product Development (Projects): 

- Accompaniment of projects from initial characterization stage, through all 

development processes until release of product into serial production, including putting forward  

solutions for improvement in the quality of the product; management of  

changes which reduce cost of product; support in production and purchasin 

finding replacements and technical support for sub-contractors  

- Annual work programmes for Development  

- Management of patents opposite Patent Registrar 

 
 

Reverse Engineering 

 
 

Pinpointing and Supervision of Suppliers:  

- Pinpointing and examining suppliers and sub-contractors in the fields of Production , 

and Product Design  

 
 

Patents: 

computerized models with printing method RP – 3-D; description of mechanical parts 

by means of detailed and general drawings, isometrics, perspective, blow-up of the  

assembled overviews and sections 

 
 

Delivery of Work: 

- Work will be delivered through the advanced CAD programme Solid Works 2014  

- The work will be presented / delivered in the form of a hard copy and electronic file 

in the following formats:  

* Model 3-D in format Solid Works or Parasolid x_t or IGES, or other  

* Drawings 2-D in format DXF or Dwg or JPEG or other  

 
 

Profile: 

I have over 30 years’ experience in a variety of engineering roles, such as:  

- Mechanical design for metal and plastic products  

- Project Manager and Mechanical engineering design for cutting tools development R&D  

- Machining Technologist  

- Technical Manager (Marketing) for metal product line  

Additionally, a number of Patents are registered in my name in the fields of  

cutting tools and machine tooling.
